- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
- Stir in the chopped bacon, cheese, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
