- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
