Description

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs combine the classic flavors of a bacon cheeseburger into a bite-sized treat, perfect for parties and quick meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking during baking. For added flavor, feel free to experiment with spices or toppings.
