Delicious bites combining the flavors of bacon cheeseburgers with biscuit dough, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat afterward.
  3. Stir in the chopped bacon, cheese, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
