Description

A delightful mix of creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and toasted sourdough bread, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • ½ avocado
  • Spritz of lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • ½ oz feta, crumbled
  • 1 slice cooked bacon, chopped
  • Hot honey
  • Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a ceramic-coated nonstick pan over medium-high heat and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Spread mayo evenly on both sides of the sourdough bread.
  3. Toast each side of the bread in the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, smash the avocado with a fork, adding lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  5. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and spread the smashed avocado generously on top.
  6. Top with crumbled feta, chopped bacon, and sliced green onions.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
