- ½ avocado

Instructions
- Heat a ceramic-coated nonstick pan over medium-high heat and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
- Spread mayo evenly on both sides of the sourdough bread.
- Toast each side of the bread in the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, smash the avocado with a fork, adding lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Remove the toasted bread from the pan and spread the smashed avocado generously on top.
- Top with crumbled feta, chopped bacon, and sliced green onions.
- Drizzle hot honey over and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
