Description
A selection of meat recipes with foolproof marinades, perfect for grilling enthusiasts.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lb sirloin steak
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lb pork chops
- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the Meats: Place each type of meat in a separate ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the meat, making sure it is well-coated. Seal the bags and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Meat: Remove the meats from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the meats on the grill and cook each side:
- Sirloin steak: 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
- Chicken breasts: 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked
- Pork chops: 6-8 minutes per side
- Shrimp: 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink
- Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Slice the meats if needed, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor, do not skip marinating time. Avoid overcrowding the grill for even cooking.
