- 1 lb baby bok choy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the baby bok choy under cold water and trim the ends. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.
- Pour in the soy sauce and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the bok choy evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if using. Serve warm.
