Description

A quick and healthy stir-fried dish featuring baby bok choy, garlic, and soy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the baby bok choy under cold water and trim the ends. Cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the bok choy evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if using. Serve warm.
