Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 avocado
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Blend spinach, kale, and coconut water until smooth.
2. Add pineapple, avocado, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey.
3. Blend again until creamy.
4. Add ice cubes for desired thickness.
5. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make ahead and store in fridge 24 hours.
