Creamy, tropical, and full of nutrition — this Avocolada Tropical Smoothie blends avocado, pineapple, and coconut into a refreshing copycat of the cafe favorite.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 avocado

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup kale

1/2 cup coconut water

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Blend spinach, kale, and coconut water until smooth.

2. Add pineapple, avocado, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey.

3. Blend again until creamy.

4. Add ice cubes for desired thickness.

5. Serve immediately.

Notes
