A creamy twist on the classic deviled eggs, enhanced with ripe avocado and lime juice for a fresh taste.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: paprika and fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering them with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1 to 2 days for best flavor.
