Description

A creamy twist on the classic deviled eggs, enhanced with ripe avocado and lime juice for a fresh taste.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: paprika and fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering them with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel the eggs.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1 to 2 days for best flavor.
