- 2 cups Honeycrisp apples, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
