Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 frozen waffles
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 3 tablespoons milk or water (for frosting)
  • Extra cinnamon for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Waffles: Toast the frozen waffles according to the package instructions until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  2. Mix the Apple Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the diced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
