Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and broccoli florets.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the apple and broccoli mixture and toss to combine.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
