Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

- Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

- Once finished, garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
