Description

Delicious and customizable loaded fries topped with ground beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and fresh chives.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen french fries
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to the temperature specified on the french fry packaging.
  2. Spread frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crispy, about 20-30 minutes.
  3. While fries are baking, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. After fries are cooked, place them in an oven-safe dish and top with cooked ground beef, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and fries, then return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, top with dollops of sour cream and fresh chives, and serve immediately.
