- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup oats

- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Once done, let the cookies cool down on a wire rack before serving.
