Ingredients

  • 1 large crisp apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), cored and thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shaved Brussels sprouts and sliced apple in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprout and apple mixture.
