Description

A delightful combination of banana bread and cinnamon roll flavors, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt. Mix in the flour until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Pour half the banana bread batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  7. Pour in the remaining banana bread batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar on top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batter gently to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious breakfast treat!
