Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
