Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a spatula.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
