- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine in a mixing bowl almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for several days, or freeze for longer storage.
