Description

Delicious almond flour cookies that are gluten-free and feature a rich, nutty flavor enhanced by maple syrup and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
