- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables, and enjoy your quick and healthy dinner!
