Description

Healthy and delicious air fryer turkey meatballs that are easy to prepare, perfect for quick dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables, and enjoy your quick and healthy dinner!

Notes

For best results, ensure meatballs are in a single layer in the air fryer and check for doneness at the 10-minute mark.
