Delightful hand pies that combine the classic flavors of s’mores with the convenience of an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 rolls of refrigerated pie crusts
- Mini marshmallows
- Milk chocolate bars
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- A tiny splash of water or milk
Instructions
- Unroll the pie crusts on a floured surface and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Whisk one egg with a splash of water or milk to create egg wash.
- Cut out 12-16 circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Place chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges, crimping with a fork.
- Create slits on top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Air fry the hand pies in batches for 6-9 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill the pies to prevent overflow. Seal edges well to avoid leaks during cooking.
