Description

Delightful hand pies that combine the classic flavors of s’mores with the convenience of an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 rolls of refrigerated pie crusts
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Milk chocolate bars
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • A tiny splash of water or milk

Instructions

  1. Unroll the pie crusts on a floured surface and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Whisk one egg with a splash of water or milk to create egg wash.
  3. Cut out 12-16 circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  4. Place chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs on one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges, crimping with a fork.
  6. Create slits on top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  9. Air fry the hand pies in batches for 6-9 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the pies to prevent overflow. Seal edges well to avoid leaks during cooking.
