Description

A healthy and delicious air-fried cod fillet coated in a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Dredge each fillet in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to maintain crispiness.
