- 4 cod fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the cod fillets with olive oil on both sides.
- Dredge each fillet in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to maintain crispiness.
