- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and add them to a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and add chives or parsley if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. For optimal freshness, keep yolk filling separate from egg whites if possible.
