  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 package (12 oz) chicken sausage, robust Italian flavor

Instructions

  1. Chop the veggies: Cut the red and orange bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Prepare the veggies: Place chopped veggies in a bowl and drizzle with avocado oil, tossing to coat.
  3. Mix the spices: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Season the veggies: Pour the spice blend over the veggies and toss to coat evenly.
