Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
