Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the pineapple pieces with brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Arrange the pineapple in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pineapple is golden and caramelized.
- Serve warm as a side or dessert.
