Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
