Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup + 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
