- 8 tbsp salted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup + 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
- Scoop rounded dough portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Press a small indentation into the center of each cookie and fill with raspberry preserves.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
