- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Shredded cheese for topping
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 sub rolls
- Marinara sauce
- Sliced mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- While sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
- Serve spaghetti topped with the beef sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet for tacos and drain the fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with seasoned beef and top with your favorite toppings.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for casserole.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain fat.
- Mix cooked beef, rice, diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for meatball subs.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm marinara sauce, place meatballs in sauce, fill sub rolls, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Notes
For an easy dinner, prepare ingredients in advance. Avoid overcooking the beef and experiment with different toppings and ingredients for variation.
