A quick and easy dinner option, this gluten-free air fryer chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making it a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and toss with olive oil.
  3. Beat the eggs until smooth in one bowl.
  4. Mix the gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture and coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook the chicken at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
