3-Ingredient Coconut Bars are chewy no-bake bars made with coconut, condensed milk, and chocolate. Quick, simple, and delicious.
Ingredients
3 cups shredded coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix coconut and condensed milk until sticky.
2. Press into lined 9×9 pan.
3. Freeze 30 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate and spread on top.
5. Chill 1 hour until set.
6. Slice into bars.
Notes
Use dark chocolate for richer flavor.
Add almonds for crunch.
Store in fridge 1 week or freeze 2 months.
