- 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas until completely smooth in a large bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared brownie pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 30 minutes; check for doneness around 27 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas, cool completely before cutting, and consider adding nuts or chocolate chips for variations.
