- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
- Cut open the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lime juice, salt, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate until serving.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and dill in a mixing bowl.
- Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the best flavor. Store dips in airtight containers to maximize freshness.
