Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut open the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the lime juice, salt, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate until serving.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Mix until smooth.
  8. Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
  10. In a bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  11. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  12. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and dill in a mixing bowl.
  13. Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for the best flavor. Store dips in airtight containers to maximize freshness.
