Description

Easy and nutritious cottage cheese wraps that are simple to make and versatile in fillings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cottage cheese and eggs into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Blend on high for approximately 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even rectangle or two circular shapes about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Peel away the wrap from the parchment paper and fill with desired ingredients before rolling.
