Description

Simple and nutritious wraps made with just cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper.
  2. Place the cottage cheese and eggs into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Blend on high for approximately 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and no curds remain.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even rectangle or two circular shapes about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center feels firm and springy to the touch.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for at least 5 to 10 minutes to set.
  7. Carefully peel the wrap away from the parchment paper and fill with your desired proteins or vegetables before rolling.
