- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
